Swami Karunananda is an exceptional teacher. Her knowledge of this material and the way that she shares it with us seems so natural. Every lesson is planned down to the last detail. Her teaching style is impeccable. She takes the subtle and sublime aspects of the teachings of Raja Yoga and makes it so accessible. Every time she shares a story it is perfectly placed. Each time she shares an experience or memory with Sri Gurudev it makes me smile and my heart sings. I absolutely find myself going so deep into the teachings when I listen to her sharing them. She is filled with grace, beauty, wisdom, knowledge and love. I am grateful beyond words to have shared this experience with her. — Joni Giconi
Swami Karunananda has the ability to make the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali accessible to everyone. She skillfully repeats the concepts many times, so everyone is able to understand and remember them. She uses her personal stories and analogies, which make her lectures so inspiring. Thank you. — Bhakti Cinzia Parma
It was a very transformative experience! This course gave all of us practical ways to live Yoga in everyday life, and showed us how to impart these teachings onto our students. This was so much more than a teacher training. Thank you! — Leila Hegazy
