Course Description

The Integration Module weaves together all the elements of the Integral Yoga Therapy modules to ensure participants have assimilated Integral Yoga therapeutic teachings. Content includes teaching methods, professional practice skills, yogic lifestyle, the yoga therapy profession, mind-body integration, goal setting, self-care, and support strategies. Individual and small group activities will support students in exploring and applying content. Students will also choose a specific health concern and work more deeply on the application of yoga therapy for that population. Participants will leave this module prepared to work with clients individually and in small groups as they venture to build their practice in their own community.
