Course Description

Content includes teaching methods, professional practice skills, yogic lifestyle, the yoga therapy profession, mind-body integration, goal setting, self-care, and support strategies. Individual and small group activities will support students in exploring and applying content. Students will also choose a specific health concern and work more deeply on the application of yoga therapy for that population.
